Un heap-based buffer overflow nella funzione __OLEdecode di ppthtml 0.5.1 e versioni precedenti consente agli attaccanti remoti di causare un denial of service (crash) ed eventualmente eseguire codice arbitrario tramite un file .ppt manipolato ad hoc.
