La funzionalità di accesso basato sul rischio in IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM) 6.2.2 precedente a FP9 e in Tivoli Federated Identity Manager Business Gateway (TFIMBG) 6.2.2 precedente a FP9 non impedisce il riutilizzo dei token One Time Password (OTP), rendendo più semplice per gli utenti remoti autenticati completare le transazioni sfruttando l'accesso a un token già utilizzato.
