La funzione get_allowed_mime_types in wp-includes/functions.php in WordPress prima della versione 3.6.1 non richiede la capacità unfiltered_html per i caricamenti di file .htm e .html, il che potrebbe facilitare per gli utenti remoti autenticati l'esecuzione di attacchi cross-site scripting (XSS) tramite un file manipolato ad hoc.
