La GUI di amministrazione nel framework web presente in VOSS all'interno di Cisco Unified Communications Domain Manager (CDM) 9.0(.1) e versioni precedenti non implementa correttamente il controllo degli accessi, consentendo ad attaccanti remoti di enumerare i nomi degli account tramite un URL appositamente creato, noti anche come Bug IDs CSCun39631 e CSCun39643.
