VMware vCenter Server Appliance (vCSA) 5.5 prima di Update 2, 5.1 prima di Update 3 e 5.0 prima di Update 3c non convalida correttamente i certificati durante la connessione a un CIM Server su un host ESXi, consentendo ad attaccanti man-in-the-middle di spoofare i server CIM tramite un certificato manipolato ad hoc.
