arch/x86/x86_emulate/x86_emulate.c in Xen 3.2.1 through 4.4.x non verifica correttamente i privilegi, consentendo agli utenti locali delle macchine virtuali HVM di ottenere privilegi o causare un denial of service (crash) tramite istruzioni di branch lontano (far branch instruction) CALL, JMP, RETF, LCALL, LJMP o LRET appositamente create.
