L'implementazione del protocollo Network-Based Application Recognition (NBAR) in Cisco IOS 15.3(100)M e versioni precedenti sui router Integrated Services Router serie 2900 di Cisco (noti anche come Internet Router) consente agli attaccanti remoti di causare un denial of service (blocco del processo NBAR) tramite pacchetti IPv4, noto anche con il Bug ID CSCuo73682.
