La funzione ssl3_read_bytes in record/rec_layer_s3.c in OpenSSL 1.1.0 precedente alla versione 1.1.0a consente agli attaccanti remoti di causare un denial of service (loop infinito) attivando un record di lunghezza zero in una chiamata SSL_peek.
