La funzione ReadMATImage presente nel file coders/mat.c di ImageMagick, nelle versioni precedenti alla 6.9.9-0 e nella serie 7.x prima della versione 7.0.6-1, consente agli attaccanti remoti di provocare un denial of service (perdita di memoria) tramite l'elaborazione di un file appositamente creato.
