È presente una vulnerabilità di code injection in Kernel/System/Spelling.pm in Open Ticket Request System (OTRS) versione 5 precedente alla 5.0.24, nella serie 4 prima della 4.0.26 e nella serie 3.3 prima della 3.3.20. Nell'interfaccia agent, un attaccante remoto autenticato può eseguire comandi shell come l'utente del webserver tramite manipolazione dell'URL.
