Il progetto Document Liberation, nelle versioni di libstaroffice precedenti al 2017-04-07, presenta una scrittura fuori dai limiti (out-of-bounds write) causata da un overflow del buffer basato sullo stack (stack-based buffer overflow), correlato alla funzione DatabaseName::read in lib/StarWriterStruct.cxx.
