Il file system Gluster, nelle versioni 3.12 e 4.1.4, è vulnerabile a un buffer overflow nel traduttore 'features/index', tramite il codice che gestisce l'xattr 'GF_XATTR_CLRLK_CMD' nella funzione 'pl_getxattr'. Un attaccante remoto autenticato potrebbe sfruttare questa vulnerabilità su un volume montato per causare una negazione del servizio (DoS).
