È presente un bug di heap-based buffer overflow nella funzione vc1_decode_p_mb_intfi contenuta nel file vc1_block.c di Libav versione 12.3, che consente agli attaccanti di causare una negazione del servizio (DoS) tramite un file aac manipolato ad hoc.
