In OpenJPEG 2.3.0 è presente un'iterazione eccessiva nella funzione opj_t1_encode_cblks di openjp2/t1.c. Gli attaccanti remoti potrebbero sfruttare questa vulnerabilità per causare una denial of service (DoS) tramite un file bmp manipolato ad hoc.
