La vulnerabilità in SilverSHielD 6.x non garantisce la protezione della cartella ProgramData, portando a un Local Privilege Escalation verso SYSTEM. L'attaccante deve sostituire il file SilverShield.config.sqlite con una versione contenente un account utente aggiuntivo e quindi utilizzare SSH e port forwarding per raggiungere un servizio su 127.0.0.1.
