In Xpdf 4.01.01, è presente un heap-based buffer over-read nella funzione JBIG2Stream::readTextRegionSeg() situata in JBIG2Stream.cc. Questo può essere innescato, ad esempio, inviando un documento PDF manipolato ad hoc allo strumento pdftoppm. Potrebbe consentire a un attaccante di causare una divulgazione di informazioni (Information Disclosure).
