Le versioni di RSA BSAFE Crypto-J precedenti alla 6.2.5 sono vulnerabili a un problema di verifica errata della firma crittografica (Improper Verification of Cryptographic Signature). Un attaccante remoto malintenzionato potrebbe potenzialmente sfruttare questa vulnerabilità per indurre due parti a calcolare la stessa chiave condivisibile prevedibile.
