È stata rilevata una vulnerabilità di lettura fuori dai limiti (out-of-bounds) nelle funzioni _libssh2_packet_require e _libssh2_packet_requirev di libssh2, versione precedente alla 1.8.1. Un attaccante remoto che comprometta un server SSH potrebbe essere in grado di causare un Denial of Service o leggere dati presenti nella memoria del client.
