È stato rilevato un problema in Tcpreplay 4.3.1. Si è verificata una dereferenziazione di puntatore NULL nella funzione get_ipv6_l4proto() situata in get.c. Questo può essere innescato inviando un file pcap manipolato ad hoc al binary tcpreplay-edit. Consente a un attaccante di causare un Denial of Service (Segmentation fault) o potenzialmente avere altri impatti non specificati.
