Il Patient Portal di OpenEMR 5.0.2.1 è interessato da una vulnerabilità di Command Injection in /interface/main/backup.php. Per sfruttare la vulnerabilità, un attaccante autenticato può inviare una richiesta POST che esegue comandi OS arbitrari tramite metacaratteri shell.
