Hw64.sys in Marvin Test HW.exe prima della versione 5.0.5.0 consente ai processi in modalità utente non privilegiati di leggere arbitrariamente la memoria del kernel (e conseguentemente ottenere tutti i privilegi) tramite IOCTL 0x9c4064b8 (tramite MmMapIoSpace) e IOCTL 0x9c406490 (tramite ZwMapViewOfSection).
