Il plugin WP Child Theme Generator per WordPress è vulnerabile alla modifica non autorizzata dei dati a causa di una mancanza di verifica delle capacità (capability check) nella funzione wctg_easy_child_theme() in tutte le versioni fino alla 1.1.1, inclusa. Ciò consente agli attaccanti non autenticati di creare un child theme vuoto e attivarlo, causando il whitescreen del sito.
