Nel kernel Linux è stata risolta la seguente vulnerabilità:
firmware: qcom: scm: Segnare get_wq_ctx() come chiamata atomica
Attualmente, get_wq_ctx() è configurato erroneamente come una chiamata standard. Quando due chiamate SMC sono in attesa di sonno e una chiamata SMC si sveglia, essa invoca get_wq_ctx() per riprendere il thread corrispondente che era addormentato. Tuttavia, se get_wq_ctx() viene interrotto, entra in stato di sleep e un'altra chiamata SMC è in attesa di allocare un contesto waitq (wait queue), si verifica un deadlock.
Per evitare ciò, get_wq_ctx() deve essere una chiamata atomica e non può essere una chiamata SMC standard. Di conseguenza, segnare get_wq_ctx() come fast call.
