Può essere attivato un'asserzione (assert), causando una negazione temporanea del servizio quando un dispositivo peer invia un pacchetto L2CAP malformato e appositamente creato. Se il timer di watchdog non è abilitato, è necessario un reset hard per ripristinare il dispositivo.
