| Descrizione | During a PX4 simulator test, the system encountered a crash caused by a stack buffer overflow triggered by sending a series of data packets. The error occurred at line 1808 in the mavlink_receiver.cpp file, within the MavlinkReceiver::handle_message_trajectory_representation_waypoints function. This function is responsible for handling TRAJECTORY_REPRESENTATION_WAYPOINTS messages received via the MAVLink protocol and decoding their contents into a locally defined buffer variable. However, this buffer is allocated on the stack and does not have sufficient capacity to hold the entire message data structure, resulting in a buffer overflow during the decoding process. |
