The method is annotated with `@IgnoreAuth` and passes both path values to `CommonDao.xml`, which executes `SELECT distinct ${column} FROM ${table}`. No table or column allowlist is applied. An unauthenticated requester can retrieve values from sensitive columns, such as `GET /option/users/password`, which returned the stored administrator password in local testing. The issue exposes credential material and arbitrary low-cardinality database fields without authentication.
