| Descrizione | A stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in Product Inventory Management System by SourceCodester. The Customer Management module located at /api/customers_handler.php does not sanitize or encode the Customer_Name parameter before storing it in the database. When the customer list is rendered at /customers.php, the stored payload executes in the victim's browser. An authenticated attacker can inject a malicious payload such as <img src=x onerror=alert(document.cookie)> via an intercepted POST request, causing session cookie theft and account takeover for any user who visits the Customer Management page. |
