| Titolo | SourceCodester Drug Recommendation System Using Machine Learning 1.0 (SourceCodester Release 18278) Hard-coded Credentials |
|---|
| Descrizione | User passwords are stored **in plaintext** and compared directly during login (no `password_hash()` / `password_verify()`). The shipped SQL dump also bundles a usable built-in **admin account with a shared, simple password** for every user. Additionally, the app automatically mails these plaintext passwords to users (new-account and OTP emails). Consequently, anyone with the source/database dump — or via the SQLi in VULN-01/03 — obtains working credentials and can take over the whole platform. |
