iio: chemical: atlas-sensor: バッファ postenable 時の PM リファレンスリークの修正
atlas_buffer_postenable() は pm_runtime_resume_and_get() を通じてランタイム PM のリファレンスを取得しますが、atlas_set_interrupt() の結果を直接返しています。atlas_set_interrupt() が失敗した場合、ランタイム PM のリファレンスがリークし、デバイスが自動サスペンドできなくなります。
エラーパスに pm_runtime_put_autosuspend() を追加して、リファレンスのバランスを取ります。
