Mozilla Firefox 3 미만 버전의 브라우저 엔진(3.0.11 이전), Thunderbird(2.0.0.22 이전), SeaMonkey(1.1.17 이전)에서는 (1) nsEventStateManager::GetContentState 및 nsNativeTheme::CheckBooleanAttr, (2) UnhookTextRunFromFrames 및 ClearAllTextRunReferences, (3) nsTextFrame::ClearTextRun, (4) IsPercentageAware, (5) PL_DHashTableFinish, (6) nsListBoxBodyFrame::GetNextItemBox, (7) AtomTableClearEntry(원자 테이블, DOM mutation 이벤트, Unicode surrogates 관련), (8) nsHTMLEditor::HideResizers, 그리고 (9) nsWindow::SetCursor(커서 변경 관련)와 관련된 벡터를 통해 원격 공격자가 서비스 거부(메모리 손상 및 애플리케이션 충돌)를 유발하거나 임의 코드 실행을 수행할 수 있습니다. 기타 다른 벡터도 존재합니다.
