QCubed 2.2.0부터 3.1.1까지에는 설치 경로(installation_path) 매개변수를 통해 인증되지 않은 공격자가 스크립트를 삽입할 수 있는 반사형 크로스 사이트 스cripting(XSS) 취약점이 존재합니다. 공격자는 /assets/php/_devtools/installer/step_2.php로 악의적인 installation_path 값을 포함하는 GET 요청을 작성하여, 이스케이프 처리되지 않고 출력되는 값에 의해 피해자의 브라우저에서 JavaScript 코드를 실행할 수 있습니다. 이 취약점을 이용한 실제 공격 사례는 2023년 10월 20일 Shadowserver Foundation에 의해 처음 관찰되었습니다.
