ddc_service_construct()가 호출될 때, 링크 유형과 링크상에 무언가가 있는지 여부를 명시적으로 확인하여 핀이 hw_supported로 표시될지 여부를 결정합니다.
핀이 설정되지 않았거나 링크가 설정되지 않은 경우(예: IGT 테스트에서 amdgpu를 언로드/재로드할 때), amdgpu_dm_i2c_xfer() 호출을 실패시킵니다.
