IB/hfi1: init_credit_return 내 메모리 누수 수정

dma_alloc_coherent이 dd->cr_base[i].va 할당에 실패할 경우, init_credit_return은 이전에 할당된 dd->cr_base 및 dd->cr_base[i]를 해제해야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 해당 리소스가 해제되지 않아 메모리 누수(memleak)가 발생합니다.
