task_tag >= 32(MCQ 모드)이고 sizeof(unsigned int) == 4인 경우, 1U << task_tag는 u32 마스크의 범위를 벗어납니다. SHIFT_ISSUE(데이터 타입의 범위를 벗어난 비트 시프트)를 방지하기 위해 이를 수정합니다.
