syzbot이 possible shift-out-of-bounds[1]을 보고했습니다.
책임 commit은 rto_alpha_max 및 rto_beta_max를 1000으로 설정하는 내용을 추가했습니다.
일부 sctp 사용자가 매우 큰 rto_alpha 및/또는 rto_beta 값을 설정하고 있는지 여부는 명확하지 않습니다.
사용자 회귀(regression)를 방지하기 위해 런타임에 테스트를 수행합니다.
sysctl 값이 변경될 수 있으므로 READ_ONCE() 주석을 추가했습니다.
