This allows anyone to directly access `/admin/Dashboard`, `/admin/Viewuser`, `/admin/Viewuser/delete/N`, `/admin/Bloodgroup/Add`, `/admin/Bloodgroup/Manage`, `/admin/Bloodgroup/delete/N`, `/admin/Report`, `/admin/Changepwd` without any login requirement.
