Nel sistema Open Ticket Request System (OTRS) nelle versioni 4.0.x precedenti alla 4.0.32, 5.0.x precedenti alla 5.0.30 e 6.0.x precedenti alla 6.0.11, un attaccante potrebbe inviare un'email dannosa a un sistema OTRS. Se un utente autenticato la apre, l'email potrebbe indurre il browser a caricare risorse esterne come immagini o fogli di stile CSS (CSS).
