| Título | GL.iNet MT3000 4.4.5 Command Injection |
|---|
| Descrição | An unauthorized access vulnerability exists in the `/cgi-bin/glc` nas-web RPC wrapper of GL.iNet MT3000 firmware version 4.4.5.
An attacker can invoke `nas-web.add_user` without authentication and persistently write a crafted `password` value into the NAS user database. The attacker can then call `nas-web.add_share` with `proto=samba` and a specified `users` array, which triggers the Samba user synchronization logic.
During this synchronization process, the previously stored password is retrieved from the database and concatenated into an `smbpasswd` shell command. As a result, attacker-controlled input can be executed in a root privilege context.
This issue constitutes a stored second-order command injection vulnerability that can lead to unauthenticated remote command execution.
