Purchase

Please evaluate our service properly before executing a purchase¹. The purchase process is very simple and depends on the preferred payment method:

Credit Card Payments

It is possible to purchase Commercial Licenses on a monthly basis via credit card:

1. Create an user account
2. Login to your account
3. Visit the pay site
4. Enter your credit card information and finalize your purchase (purchases are stackable up to 800 API credits)
5. You will receive your recipes via email and are able to download them in your online cockpit

Invoice Payments

It is possible to purchase Commercial Licenses, Enterprise Licenses, and CTI Licenses on a yearly basis via custom invoicing and wire transfer:

1. Contact the support team, explain your use case, and list your details²
2. You will receive a PDF document which contains the quote for the requested service
3. Confirm the quote with a Purchase Order so we can send you a PDF document as an invoice³
4. Pay the issued price and let the support team know which user shall be upgraded
5. We will apply the license to the defined user as soon as we receive the money (upfront payment is mandatory)
6. Before the subscription period expires we will contact you early to coordinate a renewal

Discount Possibilities

We grant different discount possibilities.

¹ You have to accept the Terms of Use and acknowledge that refund possibilities are limited.

² Responsible person (name, email), purchasing company (name, address), assigned tax identification number

³ Custom invoicing is possible, but requires a dedicated service purchase
