Hutool 5.8.19 and earlier are vulnerable to blind XXE attacks,this vulnerability exixts when users try to parse XML with cn.hutool.core.util.XmlUtil.java.
Attacks may parse an XML which lead to a malicious external DTD, and it finally allows attackers to conduct arbitrary file reading through an HTTP request towards attacker's machine.
