| Описание | During analysis of the Simple Forum project, an arbitrary file download vulnerability was found in the `/forum_downloadfile.php` endpoint. The application fails to validate or sanitize the `filename` parameter passed via the URL query string. This allows attackers to craft malicious requests that perform directory traversal using sequences such as `../` to access files outside the intended download directory. |
