Trong kernel Linux, lỗ hổng sau đây đã được khắc phục:
cifs: xóa tất cả các tệp cifs trước khi gọi kill super
Các tệp CIFS có thể bị đưa vào fileinfo_put_wq trong quá trình umounting cifs. Sau khi hoàn thành umount, hàm cifsFileInfo_put_final sẽ được gọi, dẫn đến lỗi BUG sau đây:
