cxl/fwctl: Sửa lỗi __fortify_panic
Sửa một assertion thời gian chạy trong hàm cxlctl_get_supported_features(). Fortify cảnh báo rằng mảng entries có thể bị tràn theo cơ chế __counted_by_le(num_entries). Khử kết quả dương giả (false positive) bằng cách khởi tạo @num_entries sớm hơn.
