| Mô tả | `doctorregistration.php` accepts `doc_name` and other profile fields at lines 5-21 and inserts them at lines 39-42 without output encoding. `listdoctor.php` renders `doc_name`, department, qualification, and email with raw `echo` calls at lines 178-188; `admindocview.php` has equivalent raw output at lines 159-171. A public registration request storing `<img src=x onerror=alert(413)>` was verified to render the exact executable HTML in the public directory. An attacker can execute JavaScript in the browser of directory visitors and administrative users.
