| Mô tả | A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the /goform/setBlackRule interface of the Tenda A18 router V15.13.07.13. Remote attackers can trigger this vulnerability by constructing a specially crafted deviceList parameter, specifically targeting the mac_addr segment. The flaw resides in the parse_macfilter_rule function, where the program copies the user-supplied MAC address portion into a fixed-length 32-byte stack buffer using the unsafe strcpy function without any length validation. This allows an attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) or potentially achieve Remote Code Execution (RCE) to gain full control of the device. |
