| Mô tả | An Improper Privilege Management vulnerability (CWE-269) exists in the API token policy. While useRootPermissions is correctly gated to admin/owner, the adjacent useWritePermissions method has been stubbed to return true, with the original admin/owner check preserved as a comment. This allows a team MEMBER to create API tokens with the write ability (and, combined with read:sensitive, to bypass the API sensitive-data mask).
