MyHelpDesk 20020509（可能还有其他版本）中存在跨站脚本漏洞，远程攻击者可以通过在支持助理创建新工单时利用 index.php 脚本的“id”参数进行 (1) Title、(2) Description 操作，或通过 (3) tickettime、(4) ticketfiles、(5) updateticketlog 操作，或在编辑工单时的更新部分执行其他用户的脚本。
