Microsoft Internet Explorer 与 2007-06-26b 之前的 DocuWiki 之间存在解释冲突，远程攻击者可以通过 lib/exe/spellcheck.php 中的 spell_utf8test 函数对 UTF-8 编码的消息进行拼写检查，从而注入任意 JavaScript 并实施跨站脚本 (XSS) 攻击。该漏洞会触发 Internet Explorer 的 HTML 文档识别和脚本执行，即使 Content-Type 头为 text/plain。
