Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM，前身为 CallManager) 5.1（低于 5.1(2)）版本以及 Unified CallManager 5.0 存在漏洞，远程攻击者可通过向 UDP 端口 5060 发送大量 SIP INVITE 消息导致资源耗尽，从而引发拒绝服务（内核恐慌），即 CSCsi75822。
