在 389 Directory Server 1.2.x（低于 1.2.11.20）和 1.3.x（低于 1.3.0.5）版本中，ldap/servers/slapd/search.c 中的 do_search 函数未正确限制对条目的访问权限。当配置项 nsslapd-allow-anonymous-access 设置为 rootdse 且使用 BASE 搜索范围时，远程攻击者可通过构造的 LDAP 查询获取超出 rootDSE 范围的敏感信息。
